History

Personal History Despite her family being mainly guild artisans and intellectuals, Jaylene wanted something else. She aspired to become a knight and fight to protect the people of Pegasus Falls. Her family resisted for as long as they could before finally relenting and allowing her to squire with an order of knights known for their skills in battle and their unshakeable faith.

During her time as a squire, she learned not only how to fight but the tenants of honorable conduct in the face of allies and foes and understanding that her place is to defend others. She was also taught that while she should be on the frontlines, there will be situations that she will have to act in support.

But what she didn't have answers for were the mysterious markings that she and her family bore - unaware of the magic in their bloodline. Regardless, her mentor has declared she is ready to head out into the world and prove her strength. If she is successful, she can be knighted into the order formally.
